Point of View
Excelsior Springs, Missouri
Phil calls it
It's official: We will have a longer winter, according to America's beloved groundhog meterologist. Punxsutawney Phil rose from his burrow & saw his shadow, in front of a large Groundhog Day crowd as the nation anxiously waited to see what he would predict. Phil spotting his shadow means we will have six more weeks of winter. On the other hand, Phil has only been right 40% of the time.
