Parent Volunteers

Parents wanting to volunteer at the school or for field trips, on a consistent basis, need to have a Criminal Record Check, Child Intervention Check and sign a Volunteer Confidentiality Undertaking form.

End of day phone messages to students

If you have a message to pass onto your child for end-of-day arrangements please call the school office no later than 1:30 pm.

It is very difficult to find a child once they have left the classroom at the end of the school day.

All visitors to the school must sign in at the office.

Please report student absences to the office or through school messenger.

HR Adoration

With a Grateful Heart we are Better Together

April 20-21, 2023

In April, students will experience Eucharistic Adoration. Adoration is a very powerful and ancient form of prayer. The root of the word is "adore". Essentially, Adoration is an opportunity for us to show our deep love for Jesus. What sets Adoration apart from other forms of prayer is that Jesus is present with us in the consecrated host. We will be able to pray with Jesus before us, who is truly present in the Eucharist. Following our first in person mass in the gym on Thursday April 20th, we will place a consecrated host, the Body of Christ, inside the beautiful gold Monstrance. All classes will take some time to be with Jesus in the chapel to pray. We invite parents or family members to join us in the chapel for Adoration. You are welcome to join classes or during breaks.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came and purchased from the book fair this week. Your support for our school, library, and your child's literacy journey is amazing! We will be able to choose many new titles for our library, our students are going to be so excited!

We also had some lucky winners again this year.

The winner of the “guess how many” jar, was Keaton, in grade two, congratulations Keaton, and enjoy your prize!!

The winner of the $25 in book fair books was Will in kindergarten!! Also Mrs Spilchak was able to spend $25 for her classroom as well. Congratulations to you both!!
