🍽️ Weekend Food Packs
We are proud to partner with Loaves and Fishes through Communities in Schools to provide students with Weekend Food Packs. These packs typically include snack items and/or food that students can prepare independently.
Some families are already signed up, and permission slips will be sent home again for those who wish to enroll in the next round of food packs. If you would like your child to receive these packs during the next enrollment cycle in March, please ensure the permission slip is returned promptly.

❄️ Staying Warm
As winter continues, it's important to remember the best practices for staying warm. We go outside when the temperature is 15 degrees or warmer.
To help our students, we have additional winter gear and warm layering clothes available in our Communities in Schools (CIS) room for those who need to borrow items. We also welcome any donations of winter gear or clothes that your children have outgrown.

Sportsmanship Continued 🐾
Below are some great visuals and conversation starters for continuing the discussion with children on good sportsmanship. Sports and Competition between students is one of the number 1 peer conflict starters we see during recess or lunch. Helping children identify their own triggers and view sports from multiple perspectives is a great strategy to help children resolve sports conflicts!
