Honors for Our Arts Students

  • Future Filmmaker Award: Congratulations Christina Pirrone! Christina was named an LMC Media Future Filmmaker! All that hard work is paying off! See article and award winning film here.

  • A Great Eye: Congratulations Dan Fine, Harrison Delaney and Lili-Rosa Mas! These young photographers were selected as part of the 2024 Lower Hudson Region Media Arts Teacher Association 's MEDIA ARTS SHOW. In addition to being included in the online show, senior Lili-Rose Mas was awarded the President's Award, a special acknowledgement for seniors whose entire body of work shows noteworthy content, attention to composition, a creative approach and a command of craft which is visually and technically outstanding.   • Roger Rees Acknowledgements: Congratulations to Valentina Ferrante who was 1 of 10 for the Vocal New Faces Award and Myli Bruno was chosen as 1 of 10 for outstanding acting.
  • Eastern Student Artist Guild (ESAG): ESAG held its first ever awards ceremony on May 4th. Congratulations to Rye Neck actors PJ Cravinho, Jian Kawai and Alex Kerr who received Best Actor awards for their performances in The Outsiders. Our sound crew was awarded Best Sound Crew honors and our performance won Best Performance! Congratulations to the entire cast and crew!!

  • More Awards for the Outsiders: Alex Kerr & Jian Kawai made it to the final round of the Roger Rees Outstanding Performing Awards which will take place in two weeks.

Clubs and Classrooms

  • LWV 21st Century Student Citizen Leadership Program: Student citizens from all over the county are coming together for fun and conversation. Part of Melani Linares' group capstone project, this community event takes place on May 16th at Columbus park in Port Chester! Details and register here.

  • Mu Alpha Theta - Math Honor Society 24/25: Information has been distributed to all current sophomores and juniors through Google Classroom pages. If you are interested in joining, please complete and submit the application by Wednesday, May 15th.

  • Congratulations to the Varsity Baseball Team and Coaches Travis and Erosa for their victory on Saturday. The win secured the LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP!!!

Extra Help
