4-H Friday News Blast for 6-14-2019

The News Blast is short today, but the following points are very important:

1. Livestock Exhibitors ages 5 - 18... Last call for Animal ID sheets. They are due June 15th. If you bring them to the office over the weekend, you can put them in the drop box by the front door.

2. Livestock Exhibitors ages 8 - 18 ... Last call for YQCA. All modules must be completed by 11:59 pm on June 15th. Email, mail or drop off your completion certificate to our office.

3. June 15th ... deadline for project changes in 4HOnline.

Monday ... Shooting Sports Workshop - 6:30 to 8:30 at the fairgrounds

Wednesday ... Clover Kids Workshop (one in the morning 9-12, one in the afternoon 1-4 pm)

Thursday ... Showing Your Dog - 2pm to 4pm at the fairgrounds

Friday ... Ojo De Dios - 9am to 12:00 noon

KUDOS to the Hamma Lamma Slammers 4-H Club for WEEKLY weeding the flower beds on the Cass County Fairgrounds as a community service project. We are proud of you and thank you!

KUDOS to the Weeping Water Whiz Kidz for caring for the Weeping Water, NE butterfly garden, and for laying flowers on the graves in Weeping Water for Memorial Day.

KUDOS to the Hamma Lamma Slammers 4-H Club for planting a new flower bed beside the 4-H exhibit building on the fairgrounds.
