On Monday third graders enjoyed a visit from WCVB Channel 5 Meteorologist Kelly Ann Cicalese. Her presentation aligned with their current classroom science lessons on weather. Students learned weather patterns, tornadoes, clouds, lightning and more. They also learned about using the green screen on camera and observed a few experiments as well!

Center staff was treated this week to tasty breakfast sandwiches and coffee.

Every year the CSPTO awards a scholarship to a former Center School student who is a current high school senior at Chelmsford High School, Innovation Academy, or Nashoba Tech. This year scholarship amount is $1000. Applicants need to apply by Friday, April 4. The winner reads their essay at Center school's 4th Grade End of Year Ceremony. If you know any High school seniors that also attended Center, send them our application!
