Ouray Elks Lodge #492 is now accepting submissions for The Alfred Rossi Memorial Scholarship (Ouray Seniors ONLY), The Danny Wesseling Memorial Scholarship (Trade School ONLY) and The Elks #492 Scholarship. Please submit a one page essay answering the prompt: "What does Patriotism mean to me?" Include: transcripts and a letter detailing your accomplishments, your hopes and your dreams for after high school to:
