Set Up a New ATGenius Account

Go to ATGenius.com. Scroll down and select Students/Athletes.

Then select New Students/Athletes, or Existing Student/Athletes.

Our School Code is Red Rebs, click next.

Select Maryville Middle School.

You will then be prompted to answer questions.

Click the Preseason Docs tab. Complete the following forms


  1. E-Signature
  2. Concussion & Sudden Cardiac Form
  3. Medical History
  4. Consent to Participate & Receive Treatment

  5. Upload your physical in the physical info. tab

Students who do not have an up to date physical for any sport MUST bring a signed MJHS Athletics Waiver with them to tryouts.
