FCMS EXPRESS
Week of December 2, 2024
From Mr. Liggett
As we move into the winter months, I’m excited to see our students continue to excel both in the
classroom as well as in extracurricular events. This has been a busy and productive time for our
students, teachers, and staff, and I’m incredibly proud of the hard work and dedication displayed
by everyone.
I’d like to take this opportunity to remind families of the importance of open communication. If
you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me or any member of
our staff. Your involvement in your child’s education is essential to their success, and together
we can continue to create a positive and enriching experience for all our students.

Our lost and found pile is getting very large. If your child has lost some type of clothing, book bag or supplies, then there is a good chance it may be in the on the lost and found table in the cafeteria. Items left over the holiday break will be given to charity organizations.
Teacher of the Month: Mr. Ebrens
Teacher of the Month: Mrs. Baker
I encourage everyone to stay engaged and participate as we continue to make our school a place
of growth, learning, and community. Thank you for your ongoing support. I look forward to
seeing all the incredible things our students will accomplish in the months ahead here at FCMS.
Congratulations to our “Teachers of the Month” for their outstanding efforts in making FCMS a great place to be. Our teachers of the month for November were nominated by our students and they are Mrs. Baker and Mr. Ebrens. They continue to make decisions based on what is best for their students. Staff Spotlight
Mrs. Noah: The School's Reading Buddy
FCMS’s 8th grade Language Arts teacher, Mrs. Noah has been nominated for this
week's staff spotlight.
Mrs. Noah has been teaching for 22 years, all 22 of those years being at FCCSC. She
attended college at Mount St. Joseph’s for her Bachelor's Degree and Indiana Wesleyan for her Master’s Degree. Mrs. Noah loves working at FCMS, and her favorite people to work with are her students. She moved to Franklin County when she was 12 and has pretty much lived here ever since. When she lived in Cincinnati during her college years, she could not wait to get back home.
Mrs. Noah is married with 3 kids. She says she likes riding quads, hiking, and pretty much every aspect of Franklin County. Mrs. Noah has tons of favorite books, all with great meanings. It makes sense that she’s a language teacher because she has great taste in literature! One book she recommends is The Testing series by Joelle Charboneau, she says her students always love it. Mrs. Noah loves volleyball and she played all throughout middle school, high school, and part of college.
Mrs. Noah is great at her job and the students can all agree that the school has a better atmosphere when she’s around.
