Fireworks Fundraiser for CV
Calling all Fireworks Lovers!
Each summer Villa Park High School hosts a TNT Fireworks booth fundraising for Villa Park schools, including Cerro Villa. You can pre-purchase vouchers for this booth NOW and 50% of voucher proceeds come right back to CVMS! June 30th through July 4th, you will then shop for your fireworks at the VPHS booth with your vouchers and once again, Villa Park schools are making more money by working shifts in the booth. The booth will be located in front of the high school on Taft Avenue.
Ready to purchase? Shop Vouchers Now!
*Be sure to write CV PFSO or Cerro Villa under "Program Designation" - it all comes right back to CVMS!
A few things worth noting:
- While you can keep track of your vouchers if you'd like, they will have all voucher records available in the booth to cross reference when you shop for fireworks.
- Unfortunately, the vouchers do not cover CA sales tax, so expect to pay a little extra out of pocket on top of your vouchers at the booth.
- If you'd like to work a shift in the booth to benefit Cerro Villa, contact the PFSO at cvpfso@gmail.com - we'd love to have you!
Thank you for your support!

OUSD Student Password Information
Dear Parent/Guardian,
On August 1st, 2025, your student will be assigned a new password that does not contain any easy-to-guess information (such as student ID or birthday). When the new password is assigned in August, you will receive an email with the updated password. Teachers will also have access to this assigned password to assist your student at the start of the school year. If you or your student would like to change their password ahead of time to avoid a password being assigned to them, it can be changed anytime from the MyOUSD dashboard.
How to change the password:
- From any web browser, go to https://myousd.orangeusd.org.
- Look for the icon with the name Change My Password.
- Clicking on the icon will take you to a Microsoft security page where you can update your password.
Thank you,

Strength Training for Middle School Athletes at Train Insane Gym
Strength Training for Middle School Athletes at Train Insane Gym
Our middle school athlete program is built around one goal: teaching real strength training the right way — before high school.
Most high school athletes are thrown into weight rooms with zero instruction. It’s even worse for girls — they’re often overlooked entirely when it comes to proper strength development. That means no real plan, no coaching, and no shot at building the strength they need to compete and stay healthy.
We change that.
Our program teaches movement mechanics, strength training fundamentals, and builds confidence through a structured, progressive plan led by experienced coaches. Female athletes especially benefit by learning how to lift early and safely — giving them the tools to excel when others are just getting started.
We also run our Summer Strength Camp every year — a perfect chance for middle schoolers to get a head start before fall sports and high school training begins.
This isn’t random workouts or bootcamp fluff. It’s a real strength program designed for long-term athletic success.
