Principal's Message
Legacy Academy Families,
Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year! I can't believe we are already at the end of 2024! Opening this school has been an amazing journey. As I look back on how far we have come since July, I am excited for the second half of the school year. I am blessed to be working with wonderful students, teachers, staff, volunteers, parents, and community members. We have big goals as a school, and it will take the collective effort of everyone to achieve them. I look forward to what 2025 will bring for Legacy Academy!
The school is closed from December 23rd to January 3rd for the Winter Break. Tracks A, C, D, and Jr. High returns to school on Monday, January 6, 2025. If your student comes for breakfast at 7:30 am, they will only be able to enter the campus using the gate at the front of the school (E. Preserve Loop). The Market Street gate will not open until 7:50 am.
Do you have a student who will be joining us as a kindergarten Owlet next year?
2025-2026 Kindergarten Registration Dates:
- January 16th from 12:00 to 4:00 pm - siblings of current Legacy Academy students
- January 23rd from 12:00 to 4:00 pm - new families
Information can be found on our website.
2025 Arrival & Departure Changes:
- Starting in January 2025, bus transportation will no longer be provided by the district. A letter was mailed home to those with a bus pass in November.
- Starting in January 2025, students who come to school for breakfast between 7:30 and 7:50 am must enter through the front gate (E. Preserve Loop). The Market Street gate will not open until 7:50 am.
Sincerely,
Adrienne Chase
Principal
