FINALS ASSESSMENT WEEK

**Check to see what is expected of your child during exam week.

**Students MUST have a SIGNED permission form to be able to leave after exams.

**Students will NOT be allowed to come and go from the school once they sign out and leave unless they have meetings scheduled with teachers.

GRADES 10-12

LAST DAY OF REGULAR CLASSES

January 23

All High School students in Grades 10-12 are required to attend classes up to and including January 23.

Their Assessment week begins January 24.

Grade 10-12 students can leave after their morning exams if they have a signed permission slip (these have been sent home with students)

Students are welcome to get extra help from their teachers, as long as they schedule a time with the teacher beforehand.

GRADE 9 STUDENTS

LAST DAY OF REGULAR CLASSES

January 24

All Grade 9 students are required to attend classes up to and including January 24.

Their Assessment week begins January 25.

Grade 9 students can leave after they have written their PAT exams on January 26 and 27 if they have a signed permission slip (these have been sent home with students)

Students are welcome to get extra help from their teachers, as long as they schedule a time with the teacher beforehand.
