Hello EHES Families,
What an amazing Kindness Week we had! Seeing our students spread positivity and support one another was truly inspiring. As we shift into the new week, we also want to celebrate our students’ hard work during interim testing—keep soaring, Eagles!
Here’s what’s happening this week at EHES:
📣 PTA Allstars Meeting – Monday after school in the gym. Let’s keep the momentum going!
📝 TELPAS Testing Begins – Best of luck to our students participating! Give it your best effort!
👩🏫 Parent-Teacher Conferences – Wednesday from 3:00-6:30 PM. This is a great opportunity to connect with teachers and discuss your child’s progress. We look forward to seeing you!
🦅 Eagle Clubs & Dance Practice – Thursday after school:
- Eagle Clubs continue for all participating students.
- Eagle Flight Dance Team practice from 3:00-5:00 PM. Keep shining, dancers!
💃 Father-Daughter Dance – This Friday!

📚 Scholastic Book Fair – All Week!
The Scholastic Book Fair is here! This is a fantastic opportunity to build your child’s home library and foster a love for reading. See the information below for all the details!
📸 Spring Pictures on Friday, February 21 – Order Online!
Hotshots is excited to offer online ordering for spring pictures this year! This convenient system allows parents to place orders without handling cash on picture day.

If you choose prepay only, the link does close at 7:00 am the day of picture day.
If you choose Photo All, the link will close on the 4th day after picture day.
- Cash payments will still be accepted on picture day for those who prefer that option.

New Dog Man Book
Dav Pilkey is launching his new book titled "Dog Man: Big Jim Begins" purchase your childs' copy before they run out. There will also be titles available from all of Dav Pilkey's "Dog Man" series.

Building Self-Esteem & Improving Behavior

Kindness in the Classroom Unit 5: Responsibility
Unit 5: Responsibility lessons will begin the week of Feb.3rd-24th

- Extraordinary Eagle: Will be held on March 19th. This event is dedicated to students who display exemplary characteristics of “Responsibility". Classroom teachers nominate only one student per classroom. This event is by special invitation only.
