Get ready to launch your creativity into orbit! This year, our school is thrilled to participate in the Mission Patch Art and Design Competition, where students have the incredible chance to design patches that represent our community's SSEP (Student Spaceflight Experiments Program) experience. The best part? Up to two winning designs will travel alongside a flight experiment to low Earth orbit aboard the International Space Station!

How to Get Started:

1. Pick up your template outside Mr. Boatfield’s art room.
2. Unleash your imagination and create an “out of this world” design!

• Media: All 2D media accepted
• Theme: Celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Apollo Moon Landings! Think American flags, the Moon, spaceships, stars, and anything celestial.

¡Prepárate para lanzar tu creatividad al espacio! Este año, nuestra escuela está emocionada de participar en el Concurso de Arte y Diseño de Parches de Misión, donde los estudiantes tienen la increíble oportunidad de diseñar parches que representen la experiencia SSEP (Programa de Experimentos Espaciales Estudiantiles) de nuestra comunidad. ¿La mejor parte? ¡Hasta dos diseños ganadores viajarán junto con un experimento de vuelo a la órbita terrestre baja a bordo de la Estación Espacial Internacional!

To ensure a smooth and secure process, all parents are required to escort their child into school if the student is tardy. Upon arrival, you will find a QR code at the check-in area. Please scan the code with your smartphone and complete the necessary form before leaving.

This process helps us maintain accurate attendance records and ensures your child is properly checked in. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

Excuses for Absences

• When your child returns to school, you will have 3 school days to upload an excuse in SKYWARD.

• If it’s a medical appointment, you must have a note from the doctor to upload to SKYWARD.

Late Arrivals:

• If your child arrives after 7:40 a.m., they will be marked tardy. Please escort your child to the front office.

• Having 3 tardies will count as 1 unexcused absence.

Prevent Truancy:

• No more than 10 absences a year.

• After 10 absences, a doctor’s note will be required to excuse an absence.

Selecting the organization that you wish to support is as simple as updating the Kroger Community Rewards selection on your digital account.

1. Sign in to your digital account.

2. Search for your organization here.

3. Enter the name or NPO number of the organization you wish to support.

4. Select the appropriate organization from the list and click “Save”.

Your selected organization will also display in the Kroger Community Rewards section of your account. If you need to review or revisit your organization, you can always do so under your Account details.

Any transactions moving forward using the Shopper’s Card number associated with your digital account will be applied to the program, at no added cost to you. Kroger donates annually to participating organizations based on your percentage of spending as it relates to the total spending associated with all participating Kroger Community Rewards organizations.
