From Mr. Martin
A couple of updates related to before school and after school:
--Monday was a rainy morning. On rainy days safety is our primary concern. Student will not be marked tardy on these mornings.
--Please pay attention to the cones in the afternoon. It has helped with the crosswalk area. We are still in the training phase as we are prioritizing safety.
--As we enter into Spring, remember that when it is 40 degrees or above we stay outside until 7:50am.

From Nurse Collins
***ATTENTION 6th Grade Parents***
All 7th grade students will need their Tdap immunization to start 7th grade. It is required per Kansas law. Make those doctor’s appointments now to avoid the summer rush! Please turn in documentation to the nurse that your student has had the immunization. If you are unsure if your student needs this vaccine still, please feel free to give the nurse a call to check or you can verify in Skyward as all immunizations should be up to date on your child’s record.
Students are going to be going through some state testing in the upcoming weeks. Please make sure your children are getting a good night’s sleep before testing dates and that they are eating a nutritious breakfast. Teens need about 8-10 hours of sleep per night!
The Health Room is in need of gently used girl’s/women’s pants, shorts, leggings and new underwear size 14-16 in Girls or size Small or Medium in Women’s. We also need boy’s/men’s pants, jeans or shorts sizes 12, 14, 16 or smaller men’s sizes. We need new boy’s/men’s underwear as well. Thank you for your donations!
Mindset Moment--There is no failing, only feedback.
