Celebrate Kwanzaa in SF
December 26, 2021-January 1, 2022
Season's Greetings African American Families, AAPAC Members, and Valued Partners,
Let's keep that same energy as we finish out the year. The Villiage Project has collaborated with partners across the City to host the 16th Annual Kwanzaa Celebration from December 26, 2021 through January 1, 2022. This year Kwanzaa will stream virtually at 7pm with one in-person celebration at City Hall on Dec. 27th at 12 noon. To sign up for the virtual links and meal pick-ups, be sure to RSVP.
Lastly, via a partnership with MegaBlackSF and thanks to our Parent Leader, Toni Hunt-Hines, AAPAC has been given 15 beautiful Kwanzaa sets that we have added to. If you are an AAPAC member (parent of a Black child in SF), and interested in being entered into a raffle to receive one, please email us at aapac@sfusd.edu with your name, child's name, and school of attendance.
We wish you and your families a safe, happy and healthy winter break. We look forward to seeing you at some of the community gatherings and definitely in New Year.
Be well,
AAPAC
