- anything but a calculator!
- Offered in UEB, Nemeth, large print
- Educational workshop for families
Who is invited?
- K-12 students with visual impairments (braille and print readers)
- Parents and family members for parent workshops
- Teachers of the visually impaired, paraprofessionals, administrators, district staff, volunteers, etc.

The Kentucky APH Abacus Math Bee is a regional event of the American Printing House for the Blindβs National Abacus Bee. The Kentucky event is a qualifier for the Abacus Bee Finals in Louisville, Kentucky to be held in the spring of 2025.
How a Paycheck Can Work with a Government Check
At the end of the 30 minutes, you will be able to use ky.db101.org/ to see how having a job in high school means you have more money now and when you graduate.

This FREE workshop includes guidance on how people with disabilities can work and maximize earnings without losing Social Security benefits. It provides information about work incentives for the two main types of Social Security benefits: SSI (Supplemental Security Income) and SSDI (Social Security Disability Insurance).
