You are invited to join us for our Wickham Winter Sing-Along on Friday, December 20th at 10:30 AM in the Wickham gym. It will include all Wickham students from Preschool through 5th grade. This is not a performance, but a time to come together as a Wickham family and sing some familiar, some new, and definitely some fun songs as one big Wickham community.

Here are some reminders:

• Parking will be very limited at Wickham. We will have additional parking and a shuttle to/from Wickham at Brown Deer Golf Course.
• Address: 1900 Country Club Dr, Coralville, IA 52241
• Shuttle starts at 10:00 AM
• Your student may ride back with you if you park at Brown Deer.
• Parents will enter using the outside gym door (#12)
• Parents can enter as early as 10:10 AM- no earlier, please!
• There will be limited seating for those unable to stand for 20 minutes- others will be asked to sit on the floor or stand.

If you are taking your student(s) home after the Sing-Along:

Dismissal after the Sing-Along (for those that are taking their child home immediately after the Sing-Along):

• Parents will exit the gym using the outside gym door
• Students will walk to their classroom to retrieve their items then meet parents out front
• Parents of PK/KG students will pick them up outside of Wing 1. All other parents will pick their students up in front of the building.

Students not leaving after the Sing-Along will return to class and follow the normal dismissal routine at 12:55.
