Our makeup day for this week’s snow day will be an Elearning day on MLK Jr. Day, which is Monday, January 20. Additional information will be sent from your child's teacher about expectations for that day.

Server Training
Server training will take place later this month with Father Bob. Students in grades 5-8, who are Catholic, may be trained to be a server. These trainings are REQUIRED in order to be a server.

2nd Grade Service Project
During the month of January, we'll be collecting new and gently used winter coats, hats, gloves, and scarves to be donated to Beech Grove's very own Servant's Heart. As your children receive new winter items, please consider donating their old items to our Winter Gear Drive. Donation boxes will be located in the primary, intermediate, and middle school hallways. Thank you for your support!

In celebration of Catholic Schools Week, CYO Camp Rancho Framasa is excited to host a T-shirt design contest! We invite campers and students to submit their designs for the official camp shirt for Summer 2025.
Submission Details:
• Designs can be submitted from January 1 to January 29
• The deadline for submissions is January 29.
• The winning design will be announced During Catholic Schools Week - Friday, January 31.For more information, please contact Lauren at camp.

Curriculum Meeting For Incoming Freshmen
Who: Parents/Guardians and their current 8th grader who is interested in attending Roncalli High School next year
When: Tuesday, January 28 at 7:00 PM
Format: English, Spanish, Burmese, Hakha, Zomi
Where: Roncalli Auditorium
What You Will Learn: We will discuss Roncalli’s curriculum of courses, and you will have the opportunity to go to classrooms to speak with teachers regarding different elective courses.
What You Will Need: Your phone! All materials are on Roncalli’s website, so we will be accessing the website during the meeting.

Completing Roncalli's Application for Admission
Roncalli is excited to welcome the Class of 2029 next fall! The application for admission is now available online at https://roncalli.schooladminonline.com/users/sign_in. As a reminder, the application/registration fee is $100, and it will increase to $150 after January 15, 2025. All fees are nonrefundable.
Once the application is complete, please continue through the Checklist Items in the Parent Portal. For those who have not been in a South Deanery Catholic grade school for grades seven and eight, one of those next steps will include scheduling an admissions interview for January 14, 15 or 16. For those who do not need an admissions interview, Allie Ross, director of admissions and marketing, will email you with appointment times for scheduling courses. Roar is our premier annual fundraiser that supports our annual fund projects including tuition assistance, student enrichment, teacher development, and school improvements.
