New Student Enrollment 2025
The 2025-2026 enrollment season now open! All siblings and new students will need to have an application submitted by March 18, 2025 to be considered for enrollment. The student application is available only on the school website. Please be advised that Parent Portal nor Reg-Online will have a student application feature. For the most up to date enrollment information, visit the schools website linked at the top of the newsletter.
Work Sample Reminders
- Please submit a BODY of work for each subject; not just a lesson, but a collection or unit of work for your student's teacher to review.
- For each of your students, please be sure to turn in a body of work / work sample of every course that they are currently taking.
- Ensure that your student has written their FULL NAME (first & last), SUBJECT, GRADE, and the date the assignment was completed within the date range of the current LP.
- Complete all non-AG elective logs by the last day of the LP.
Academic Integrity
Our school urges students to conduct themselves ethically and honorably. It is expected that the grade a student earns is based on work the student has completed. Teachers can use Grammarly or other plagiarism checker websites to verify authenticity of work.
Please watch the Academic Integrity Video & complete the SURVEY for all students for more helpful information about the different types of plagiarism.
Please review the definition of plagiarism as outlined in the 2024-25 School Handbook located on our website under Resources.

School Events & Activities
Digital ID Cards
Digital ID cards were emailed on Wednesday, January 8th that can be saved and used for all park event check-ins. These digital IDs do not include a photo, just the student's name and ID number. It is useful for park events and other school activities at check-in. They are not required, but certainly make the check-in process go quicker. We love to have you at events and hope to see you soon!

The Lending Library
Welcome to 2025! Please return any educational materials you are finished with, and get fresh learning resources for the new semester. Both library and OS (purchased) items need to be returned inside the library. Library items can be returned in the "book drop", just like the public library.
Steps for returning items ordered with funds:
1. Print the inventory list (from OS) or a Return Form for each student.
2. Mark, or list, each item being returned.
3. Pack up items in boxes or bags. You will leave these boxes with us. Items must be separated by student, if applicable.
4. Return your items, packed securely with completed return forms, to the lending library or the library van.
5. Return items directly to library staff (don’t leave anything outside, please).
Lending Library Hours
Browse our shelves: Tues, Wed, Thurs 9-11 & 1-3:30.
Or place an order on the website, and pick up in the Fresno LL or at Library Van delivery day.
Families and staff can preview examples of all the school’s recommended curricula in the Resource Room, which is adjacent to the library. It’s a wonderful resource when considering making curriculum choices. Before ordering enrichment items in the OS please explore the Lending Library! The lending library is FULL of so many wonderful resources!
- Books galore for kindergarten to 12th grade students. The lending library contains nearly as many novels and resource books as your local public library! You don't want to miss browsing these books that your student can check out to read throughout the year.
- Games and activities that you can check out for free! Card games, board games, puzzles, you name it, the lending library has it!
Any questions? Find more information on the library newsletter or contact us at library@theaxiagroup.com.
