Attendance Matters
Being at school every day is key to success, especially as we begin preparing for STAAR testing. Regular attendance helps students stay on track with learning, build strong habits, and be fully prepared for testing and beyond.
To encourage great attendance:
📚 PreK–4th grade students earn weekly prizes for perfect attendance!
👖 5th–8th grade students can earn Jeans Days when they have perfect attendance!
Let’s make every day count—see you at school! 🎉
Donations Needed
We’re collecting new or gently used uniform pants and shirts to support students in need. If you have items to donate, please drop them off at the front office. Every donation makes a difference!
Thank you for your generosity.
Attention PreK-2 Parents
Send Extra Clothes for Your Child
Accidents happen! Whether it’s a spill, mud, or a bathroom mishap, having a spare set of clothes at school helps keep your child comfortable and learning without disruption. Please send an extra set (including socks and underwear) to keep in their backpack, just in case. Thanks for your support!
Please Keep Toys & Pokémon Cards at Home
Toys, including Pokémon cards and other trading cards, have been causing distractions and disruptions at school. These items should not be brought to school—not even during lunch or recess, and especially not in class. Any toys or cards brought to school will be held by teachers or administration and returned at a later time. Thank you for helping us keep the focus on learning!
Parking Reminder
đźš—đźš« Attention Parents: We need your help!
Starting TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 25TH, St. David's Foundation will be on campus providing important dental services for our K-5 students. They will be on campus for about 3 weeks. Their team will be using staff parking, which means we need every available space for our teachers and staff to keep things running smoothly.
During arrival please do not park in the lot unless you have a scheduled meeting. Stay in the drop off line and drop off your students in the appropriate spot. Your cooperation ensures our students receive the care they need without disruptions.
Thank you for your understanding and support!
Home Visits
Our home visit program is a unique opportunity for families to connect with their child's teacher in the comfort of their own home. These visits are designed to strengthen the partnership between families and educators, foster open communication, and support student success. By signing up for a home visit, you’ll have a chance to discuss your child's strengths, goals, and needs in a personalized setting, helping to build a stronger foundation for their learning journey. Join us in creating meaningful connections—sign up today to be visited by your child’s teacher!

Clubs Update and New Schedule
Welcome back! Check out the new club schedule for Spring 2025. Please note the change on Mondays. Instead of Paper Modeling, we will be offering Music Club to 3rd-5th grade. Students who were in clubs last semester, will automatically be enrolled this semester. In addition, Soccer will be competitive this semester meaning practice days will depend on their game day schedule.
There is space available for 3rd-5th grade clubs. If interested, please feel out this form. https://forms.gle/AwCTPZWnWCkziWMo7
Remember, tutorials take priority over clubs. Students assigned to tutorials will not be able to attend clubs on the same day, with the exception of soccer and CRLP.
