Haslett Homecoming Parade & Student Expectations
Haslett Homecoming is THIS FRIDAY!
The annual Haslett Homecoming Parade starts at Wilkshire Early Childhood Center (Academic Way) at 5:30 p.m. Academic Way is closed at 5:15 p.m., please arrive at 5:00 p.m. if you plan to walk in the parade. We ask all spectators to use safe practice while watching the parade.
Kona Ice will be located at the end of the walking route for families to purchase. Look for them near the middle school parking lot.
Student Behavior Expectation at the Football Games
Haslett athletic events are fun for families and students to cheer on our VIKINGS! As a reminder, there is no climbing up or playing on the hill at the end of the bleachers by the scoreboard. This area will be roped off to keep people off of the hill. Playing football, tag, or running around in the area North of the field near the concession stand is allowed, but things need to be safe and under control. If playing conditions begin to get out of hand, the games will be stopped. Kids are expected to be sitting with parents to watch the game if they are not playing safely on the North end. Haslett Public Schools appreciates your cooperation. Thank you and GO Vikings!
Foundation for Haslett Schools Support our Students
Look for the Foundation for Haslett Schools near the end of the homecoming parade. They will be located on the basketball courts at the Haslett Middle School with a variety of activities for everyone to enjoy. All are invited to try out the dunk tank, enjoy an easy meal at the food truck and T-Shirt Goods will be on-site printing shirts. Stop by to say HELLO!
