Sundays From The Mesa # 13
November 4th - 8th
Principal's Message
Dear Alta Mesa Families,
Last week was full of fun with the spirit days, Halloween and now we are into November. Hard to believe. November is a very busy month.
- Daylight Savings Time ends on Sunday, November 3rd. Don't forget to "fall back" and set your clocks back an hour.
- Ski & Snowboard Club parent meeting Wednesday, November 13th from 5-6 in the Alta Mesa library. This meeting is required to join unless you contact Ms. Randolph ahead of time.
- It's a busy soccer week as we have 3 scheduled games! Tuesday we will be here at Alta Mesa, at 3:00 against Lassen View. Wednesday's game is at Bethel and Thursday's game is at Shasta Meadows. Both start at 3:00.
- Trimester 1 ends on Thursday, November 7th.
- Trimester 1 Awards will be Thursday, Nov 14th. Please see below for more information.
- Our lost and found is starting to overflow. If your child is missing some clothes, please have them come by the lost and found. Also, this is a good reminder to label your child's clothes so our staff can return them to your child if they are lost.
- Just a friendly reminder to keep the Halloween candy at home and maybe limit a few pieces to your child's lunch for dessert. Thank you for your support.
Looking forward to a wonderful first week of November!

NOVEMBER - Habit 3 - Put First Things First
This month, we’re focusing on Habit 3: Put First Things First. At our school, we want every student to understand the power of prioritizing! This habit is all about setting and completing our most important tasks first. When we focus on what matters most - whether it's schoolwork, teamwork, or personal responsibilities - we create a strong foundation for success. Together, let's practice balancing work with fun, focusing on our goals, and making smart choices that keep us moving forward!
Halloween Fun at Alta Mesa!
