Trimester 1 Leadership Student Awards
ROCKS Spotlight
Our ROCKS are doing some AMAZING things each and every day! Below are just a few of our student and staff highlights!
The Trimester 1 Leadership Student Awards is an award where teachers nominate students who they believe embody our Guiding Principles- student completes work on time, is considerate of others, compassionate towards others, respectful to peers and teachers, hardworking and attends school regularly. Congratulations to these 21 students!
Please watch the video above to see what their teachers had to say about these leaders!
HUGE shoutout to our very own Spanish teacher, Mrs. Jen Hasler-Troutman, who was awarded the Indiana Spanish Teacher of the Year! She has over three decades of expertise and mentoring fellow teachers beyond the classroom. Her willingness to collaborate has made her a respected leader among her students and peers. Westfield High School achieved a 100% pass rate in AP Spanish Literature and Culture the last three years which is accredited to Mrs. Hasler-Troutman. Mrs. Hasler-Troutman will now represent AATSP Indiana in the IFLTA conference with the option to be named 2024 Indiana Foreign Language Teacher of the Year. If selected, she will represent us at the state of Indiana in the 2026 Central States Teacher of the Year! BEST OF LUCK Mrs. Hasler-Troutman!
