Morning Drop Off Information
We are happy to share that our morning drop-off is improving each day. To help us continue this progress and ensure all students get through the car line safely, please keep the following reminders in mind. Thank you for your cooperation and support in making our morning drop-off smooth and safe for everyone!
- Form One Lane: Please use only one lane for drop-off to keep things organized and efficient.
- Pull Down as Far as Possible: To keep the car line moving smoothly, pull forward as much as you can before stopping.
- Stay in Your Vehicle: For safety, remain in your car. Our adults and safety patrols are there to assist your child with the car door.
- Unbuckle in Advance: Practice with your child to unbuckle their seatbelt before reaching the drop-off area to speed up the process.
- Bus Loop Option: Remember, the bus loop opens at 7:10 for additional car line drop-off if needed.
- Tardies: Please be aware that we will begin counting tardies starting [specific date or day].
Afternoon Dismissal Information
We’re pleased to share that dismissal has been improving each day this week. To ensure we keep things running smoothly, please keep the following reminders in mind. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us ensure a smooth and efficient dismissal process!
For Car Riders:
- Use the Car Line: Please use the designated car line to pick up your child. Remain in your vehicle while we load your child for you.
- Display Your Car Tag: Ensure your car tag is visible with the number facing forward. Once your child is safely in the vehicle, please remove the tag so we know when you’re ready to leave.
- Assist with Buckling: If your child needs help buckling their seatbelt, please pull into a parking spot in the lot rather than blocking the car line.
- Stay in Your Lane: Please remain in the same lane you entered and avoid changing or crossing into different lanes.
For Park and Pick Up:
- Park in the Lot: If you’re picking up your child by parking, use the side parking lot. Walk to the side entrance of the building with your car tag to collect your child. After your child or children have been picked up, please be mindful of where they are walking in the parking lot. We want all of our Broncos to be safe.
For Bus Riders:
- Updated Routes: Transportation routes have been adjusted this year. If your child rode the bus last year, their Smart Tag is attached or will be attached on Monday. If your child is a new bus rider, they will receive their Smart Tag next week. You can use the app to track your child's bus location.
