MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL
Dear CMS Families,
What a fantastic week it has been celebrating our incredible teachers and staff at CMS! I want to extend a huge thank you to our dedicated PTO for their hard work in organizing and coordinating such a special week filled with appreciation. All year our staff have exceeded expectations with their unwavering dedication and commitment to creating a caring, mindful, and solution-focused environment for our students. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making Teacher Appreciation Week a memorable and meaningful experience!
LAST DAY OF SCHOOL
On the last day of school, please remember to bring only your water bottle and lunch with you. We'll be cleaning out lockers, desks, and bins, and sending everything home on Wednesday. Let's end the year on a clean and organized note!

Did you know Geauga Jobs & Family Services offers financial assistance for children to attend summer camps and enrichment programs? Applications are now being accepted for Summer 2024! Title I Spring Parent Feedback Forum
If your child has received support services from our Title 1 tutors, please consider attending. Dr. Moran and the Title Staff will be available to discuss state and local literacy resources, provide ideas for literacy at home as well as breakout sessions on various topics.
7th/8th GRADE VOLLEYBALL
Tryouts for the upcoming volleyball season will be taking place on August 1 and 2. Times and locations are to be determined. Anyone interested in playing volleyball must attend both days of tryouts. They are mandatory!!! At the end of Day 2, selections will be taking place. Selections will be made between 2-3 different coaches that will be overlooking the tryout process for both teams. We will be looking at and scoring several volleyball drills. If your daughter is selected, practices will begin Saturday, August 3rd and then the following week. These are also mandatory.

GBRB PRINCIPAL FOR A DAY
A big thank you to the Polak family for their generous support and winning bid during GBRB! Charlotte had an incredibly busy and exciting day as our "Principal for a Day." From meeting with Dr. Hanlon to responding to radio calls, calling students down to the office, designing the parent update, and even giving her friends consequences, Charlotte embraced her role with enthusiasm and professionalism. We appreciate the Polak family's support and Charlotte's willingness to take on this special opportunity.

MRS. DIEHM'S MEDIA PRODUCTIONS CLASS
What a fantastic collaborative effort from Mrs. Diehm's Digital Media class! Taking the initiative to assist Park Elementary students in filming their PBIS expected behavior videos showcases their creativity and willingness to contribute to our school community.
