Dear REACH Academy Parents/ Guardians,

It is with great honor and privilege that I assume the role of principal at REACH Academy. Throughout my career, I have nurtured a deep passion for working with young individuals, and I am immensely grateful for the opportunity to serve in this capacity.

Our mission is to provide each child with the highest quality education possible so that each student will graduate with the skills needed to contribute and thrive in a changing world. I believe in the proverbial saying that "it takes a village to raise a child," and we are truly a village with teachers, parents, and other community members working together to provide what is best for every child at REACH. As educators, we hold a profound responsibility and an extraordinary opportunity not only to impart knowledge but also to make a positive impact on their lives and supporting each student's academic, behavioral, and social emotional needs.

As the principal, I promise to keep what is best for our students at the forefront of every decision we make as a school. We will encourage and teach curiosity, problem-solving, and a life-long love of learning and service to the community and others. We will foster a growth mindset and grit so that all students will learn to face challenges with confidence and perseverance. And most of all, every child will be valued and cared for.

In closing, I am so excited to become the REACH principal and welcome your conversation and positive input throughout this year. I will continue to be a strong leader in your district and lead REACH to the best of my ability.
