Student Registration
The 2024-2025 Student Registration will take place online. For additional enrollment and registration information, visit the MISD Enrollment & Registration webpage.
- New Student Enrollment begins Wednesday, May 01. Visit the MISD Enrollment & Registration web page to review requirements and begin the process.
- Proof of Residence in the form of a current electric, gas, water bill, or lease agreement may be submitted in person or emailed to Jobe_POR@misdmail.org.
- Returning Student Registration begins on Wednesday, July 17 on Family Skyward.

Mansfield ISD Library Services is happy to announce the 2024 Summer Reading Challenge for all MISD students! Read and log at least 600 minutes in the Beanstack app all summer! Visit the Summer Reading Challenge page and check your email for more info.
What is Beanstack:
Beanstack is a digital platform that allows you to participate in Mansfield ISD Libraries' various learning challenges by easily tracking your reading, writing reviews, or completing activities.
How to Access Beanstack:
District Issued Chromebooks
Requesting Chromebooks
To get a district-issued device, please follow these instructions:
- Review the MISD Student Device Usage Handbook
- Fill out the Help Desk Ticket Request.
- Select "I am in need of a district-issued device" under the Student Need section.
Devices will be set up by the assigned campus technician and delivered to the student's home campus.
Campus personnel will notify the student when the device is available for pickup. (Device turnaround time is typically 24-48 business hours.)

Jobe Summer Strenght and Conditioning for 7th, 8th and 9th Graders
Incoming 7th, 8th, and 9th Grade athletes can participate in Strength and Conditioning (S & C) at the Legacy High School MAC for six weeks. Monday - Thursday, 7:30 am - 9:30 am on the following dates:
- June 10 - 13
- June 17 - 20
- June 24 - 27
- July 8 - 11
- July 15 - 18
- July 22 - 24 (M-W only)
Participation Requirements:
- Students must have a valid physical and medical history form on file for the upcoming school year with all appropriate signatures and stamps.
What to Wear and Bring:
- Wear appropriate workout attire (shorts, t-shirts, NO tank tops/cut-off shirts). It can be the Jobe Athletic uniform.
- Must have athletic shoes, NO Crocs, slides, etc.
- Water bottle labeled with first and last name.

Free & Reduced Meals
Families can apply for Free & Reduced Meals:
- Through SchoolCafé, the new online meal payments system for Mansfield ISD or
- By submitting a paper application (available in Spanish here). Individuals may also pick up a copy at the Mansfield ISD Student Nutrition Department (1151 Mansfield Webb Road, Arlington, TX 76002) or any MISD school.

MISD Student Dress
Dress Code Reminders
- Student IDs are mandatory and must be visible at all times.
- Holes in pants, skirts, etc. cannot be above fingertip length.
- Leggins, yoga pants, spandex, or tights must be worn with fingertip-length shirts.
- Dresses, skirts, skorts, and shorts length must measure fingertip length front to back all the way around while sitting and standing.
Halter, tube, top with large armholes, and spaghetti straps are not allowed.
Pajamas, bathrobes, and or sleepwear are not allowed.
- Review the detailed MISD Dress Code.
If a student’s grooming or clothing violates the school’s dress code, the student will be given an opportunity to correct the problem at school. If not corrected, the student may be assigned to in-school suspension for the remainder of the day, until the problem is corrected, or until a parent or designee brings an acceptable change of clothing to the school. Repeated offenses may result in more serious disciplinary action in accordance with the MISD Student Code of Conduct.
Cell Phone Policy
Under the Personal Electronic Communications guidelines, all Cell Phones, Smart Watches, any
type of Headphones and other devices used to electronically communicate are considered
personal electronic communications devices. To promote the best possible learning and social
environment in the classrooms and schools of Mansfield ISD, students will adhere to the
Guidelines listed below during the school day. The intent of the cell phone policy is to limit
access and use to avoid cellphones distracting from learning and causing a loss of instructional time.
- Students are expected to keep their devices turned off and stored away during the school day from 8:15 am to 4:15 pm. This includes the time prior to first bell, 8:15 am - 8:45 am, due to morning tutorials and breakfast. Students who violate the campus policy will be subject to
disciplinary actions.
Drop OFF/Pick Up Reminders
Please read these important reminders about dropping off and picking up your students.
Both Morning and Afternoon: Drop off/pick up is in the front of the building (not the back or side).
Both Morning and Afternoon: Students should walk bikes and skateboards across and should not ride them in the crosswalks or on school sidewalks.
Both Morning and Afternoon: Do not stop in the crosswalks.
Mornings: Drop-off is one lane against the curb for safety reasons. There is NO second lane drop off in the mornings.
Mornings: Please pull forward past the front door to drop off your student, and do not stop in the crosswalk.
Mornings: If you need to drop items off, please park in the parking lot. The parking lot is reserved for handicapped parking, and those needing to park.
Afternoon: Pickup is two lanes, the third lane is for passing only. Please see this link for a map of afternoon pickup procedures.
Afternoon: The lane closest to the curb should pull forward past the front door to pick up students. This helps move traffic through the lines.
Afternoon: The second lane stops before the crosswalk leading to the front doors of the school. (This is the second crosswalk.)
Afternoon: Please do not park on the street or on private property to pick up your student.
Afternoon: The parking lot is reserved for handicapped parking, and those needing to park in the afternoons. There is no pickup from the parking lot.
