Supporting Caregivers Workshop:
BVSD is offering a series of free workshops for parents and caregivers to increase your resources and skills for navigating challenging times. Especially, when it's hard to feel grounded and know how to best support yourselves and your children and teens. This series of five 90-minute meetings will use evidence-based strategies. Each workshop provides experiential practice opportunities to support well-being, communication, and connection.
