Training and Support Team Mission Statement

The Training and Support Team collaborates with end users to adapt in an ever-changing technology environment. Providing support and information, we empower effortless use of devices, applications, and software. In keeping with the District's vision, we strive to foster learning by serving the Conroe ISD community with knowledge, patience, and kindness.

Training and Support Team Values

Members of the Training and Support Team are Knowledgeable, Collaborative, Reliable, Adaptable, Patient, and have Integrity.

We continue to have issues with duplicate Adobe accounts that requires correction. To resolve this, we regret to inform you that all accounts must be deleted. Please ensure you download your assets from your Adobe Express account. You can download and save to a local method of your choice (thumb drive, hard drive, S drive).

**All Adobe accounts will be deleted starting June 1st, 2024. All data will be deleted, make sure you download your assets before that date. We are not able to recover deleted data.

*If you have an Adobe Create Cloud account your files will be available in Adobe Express

Starting in the 2024-2025 school year everyone will have an Adobe Express account but not an Adobe Creative Cloud license. If you need a Creative Cloud license, please submit the Adobe Creative Cloud Access Request form through Eduphoria Formspace.

Spanish Lessons Available!

There are a variety of Spanish lessons and content in the Seesaw Library for students in grades PK-5th. Explore the collection of ready-to-teach lessons here to create access points for students and help build meaningful school-home connections.

Seesaw’s award-winning multimodal tools effectively support literacy, language development, differentiation, and practice – all hallmarks of English Language Development (ELD). Support English Language Newcomers with engaging ways to build common vocabulary as they journey through communities in Seesaw.
