BRING YOUR BLUE CARD!
Regalia
Students must wear the official PWSH graduation robe and cap. Students cannot decorate their hats or modify their graduation robes. Below is the approved regalia that students can wear:
Honor stole based on GPA.
Valedictorian and Salutatorian medal
Stoles or cords from curricular national honors societies - who met criteria.
AVID Stole
JROTC and Military enlistment stoles
Senior Checklist! Parents, help them out!
Blue Card - this is your ticket to get in - Fill out all info and bring it with you!
Blue Graduation Gown
- Blue Mortar Board Cap - No decorations
- Blue/White/and Black School Tassel
Dress appropriately - See below
Approved Regalia - See above
Senior must be there at 1:30 p.m. enter back entrance "Hall of Fame Lane"
Ensure your family has the 8 tickets to gain entry, and The Star opens at 1:30 p.m.
- Meet parents at "Tostitos Plaza" out front where parents enter.
Graduate Attire
Dress for graduation is business casual.
Plano West blue cap and gown with blue, black and white tassel are required for participation in the graduation ceremony.
NO DECORATIONS ON CAPS!
Girls are expected to wear dresses or slacks and shirts (no t-shirts) with appropriate shoes. (No purses allowed)
Boys are expected to wear slacks, collared shirt, tie, and with appropriate shoes.
Students must be properly attired to participate in the graduation ceremony.

ADA DROPOFF @ Media Entrance Off Gaylord Parkway & SEATING:
ADA Drop-off will take place at the Media Entrance. Guests needing mobility assisted entry are encouraged to enter the site from the north along Gaylord Parkway at the blue double doors. A wheelchair team will be available at this location to escort guests to available ADA Seating.
Once inside Ford Center, there will be ADA seating around the concourse level that does not require any stairs to get to the seats. The Media Entrance is on the same level as the concourse so you will not have to use stairs to reach a seat. There is limited ADA seating along the concourse. We advise to arrive as soon as the doors open to avoid any stairs.

Star Bag policy
FORD CENTER PURSE/BAG POLICY:
Ford Center Bag Policy is in effect for this event. Ford Center has instituted a policy that limits the size and types of purses and bags entering Ford Center on event days for all events.
