A Great Saturday for the Arts in EHT!

The EHTHS Choir had a successful and fun time at the Six Flags, Music in the Parks Competition!

EHTHS came to the event with FOUR ensembles and garnered the following awards and ratings:

aChoired Harmony a cappella - Excellent

Tonal Point a capella - Good

Vocal Ensemble - Superior

Concert Choir - Excellent

Outstanding soloist - Dallas Smith

A Great Friday Night for the Arts in EHT!

The EHTHS Choral Program put on an excellent and eclectic concert last nite…Our TWO a cappella groups, Tonal Pont & aChoired Harmony along with the Concert Choir and Vocal Ensemble entertained and amazed the audience!. Pop, Rock, Contemporary and Spiritual sounds filled the auditorium!

Many thanks go to our dedicated Director, Mr. Richard T. Tinsley II for his hard work and innovative approach to programming and production.

Thanks also to our Collaborative Pianist Mr. Dave Milnes and our Technical Director Mr. @Jim House for helping make the stage and students shine!

Congratulations also go to our Rowan University Student Teacher Ms. @Allie Bagliani who had her conducting debut with the choirs.

Another Great Night for the Arts in EHTNJ Schools - Egg Harbor Township School District!

The Davenport Elementary Choral Program put on an AWESOME show feat. The Davenport Singers, The Davenport Honors Choir the Davenport Faculty Choir and a HUGE grand finale that included faculty, administration & alumni!

Our 2nd & 3rd grade musicians filled the auditorium with Patriotic, Pop and Spirituals sounds that were enjoyed by the proud friends and families in the audience!

Thank You to our dedicated Davenport Choir Director, Mrs. @Missy Schenck for making our students sound so great and thank you also to our faculty and administration for supporting these meaningful programs in our school!

It was a Great Wednesday for the Arts in EHT!

The choral/vocal music programs from Fernwood and Alder Middle Schools filled the auditorium with the sounds of a cappella, Gershwin, Huey Lewis, Barbie and more! The grand finale feat. our combined choirs joined by alumni, faculty and administration was so much fun for the both the audience AND performers!

Thank you to our Directors, Mrs. @Marissa Weatherby and Mr. @Matt Guerrasio for making our students sound so good and feel so proud!

A contingency of middle school orchestra members known as the “Fernwood Fiddles” traveled to Davenport Elementary to teach about and demonstrate the instruments of the musical string family!
