7. CONSENT AGENDA
MOTION: APPROVED
That the Board of Education approve those items on the Consent Agenda as follows: (A) Personnel Report and Addendum to Personnel Report; (B) Invoices; (C) Regular and Closed Session Meeting Minutes of June 11, 2023; (D) Superintendent Memberships and Professional Development.With the approval of the consent agenda, the District hired a new Associate Principal at South Middle School, Steven Prorok.

The purpose of this agenda item is for the Board to be updated, annually, on the materials that are utilized in the District's instructional programs. At this meeting District 25's Assistant Superintendent of Student Learning, Dr. Becky FitzPatrick presented a list of these instructional materials.

A. Copier Lease/Purchase Agreement
That the Board of Education approve the revisions to the Master Lease Agreement with American Capital Financial Services, Inc. covering 40 copy machines for 60-months.Assistant Superintendent of Business & Finance/CSBO, Stacey Mallek, proposed a 60-month lease for the copiers through American Capital as they have historically been lower in cost than leasing direct through the vendor. This new lease agreement, approved at this meeting, will is projected to save the District $11,000 annually.

A. CONSTRUCTION PROJECT UPDATE
Director of Facilities Management, Ryan Schulz provided an update on the building expansions at Dryden, Greenbrier, Olive-Mary Stitt, Patton, Westgate, and Windsor. Additionally, covered other summer capital projects across the district. The update will included progress photos and detailed information on each project's current status.

Superintendent, Dr. Brian Kaye, updates the Board on Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests from the public. The following were the FOIA requests:
- Gerardo Mendez, Indiana, Illinois and Iowa Foundation for Fair Contracting, requested information on the Olive-Mary Stitt School building expansion; a response was provided on June 10, 2024.
