REGISTRATION OPEN FOR ELEMENTARY PROJECT LAUNCH - ALL STUDENTS
Academic proficiency is an important district goal for elementary students. Research shows that extended school year learning opportunities positively impact student success.
Project Launch Program Includes:
Targeted literacy practice daily
Content literacy in science and social studies
Focused math study and exploration
Breakfast and lunch provided
Exiting Kindergarten ā 4th Grade Students
Available at no cost to families
Date & Times
Monday-Thursday, June 2nd - June 26th, 2025
8:30-3:30 PM
Attendance all 16 days is required
We will close individual grade levels when full.
Space is limited! To register, please contact the main office or teacher for a registration form, and return your completed form to either your childās teacher, or the school office. There is no online registration but you can access the form below. You will be notified if your child is placed on a waitlist for this program.
PTO UPDATE
Dear Eagle Crest Families,
Family Movie Night was a hit! It was so fun to watch Lilo & Stitch together. Thank you to all the parents who filled out the PTO survey, and congratulations to Ms. Rickelās class for winning an Earth Day activity! (We would love for more parents to take this short survey about PTO!)
Volunteer Opportunity for 2025-2026
Speaking of movie night, PTO is looking for a volunteer to coordinate movie night for the ā25-26 school year. We anticipate this role taking about an hour a week in January and February. If interested, please contact secretary@eaglecrestpto.com.

KINDERGARTEN ENROLLMENT
If you have a rising Kindergarten student or know a family with a child who will turn five before October 1st, now is the time to register for Kindergarten! Early registration allows us to plan effectively for teachers and resources by giving us a clearer picture of our incoming student numbers. We are also currently accepting students through open enrollment, so even if a family does not live within our immediate neighborhood, they may still apply to join our Eagle Crest community. To learn more and complete the enrollment process, visit SVVSD Enrollment. We are happy to offer Kindergarten toursājust contact the main office to schedule one. Itās always a joy to welcome new families to Eagle Crest!
ST. VRAIN PRESCHOOL EXPANDS TO FIVE-DAY-A-WEEK PROGRAMS
Starting in the 2025-2026 school year, St. Vrain Valley Schools will offer five-day-a-week preschool programs. Families can explore a variety of high-quality preschool options tailored to meet familiesā unique needs, including half-day morning and afternoon sessions, with full-day programs available at select locations.

FREE AND REDUCED FEES
While lunch charges no longer apply, we kindly urge all families to complete the Free & Reduced Fees Application. This not only benefits your family with reduced fees for things like iPad Insurance, but also supports our school in terms of funding and staffing. Remember to renew this application annually for access to various benefits.

LUNCH MENU
You can now find the monthly Lunch Menu at LINQCONNECT. This online system allows you to filter for allergens and see the Breakfast Menu. You change between Breakfast and Lunch in the upper left hand corner.
All students can receive complimentary breakfast and lunch at school, with the only additional cost being for seconds. Families can contribute funds to their childās account by sending cash/check or making a digital payment via RevTrak.
SPECIALS COLOR DAY ROTATION
Eagle Crest's specials follow a three-day rotation: RED, YELLOW, PURPLE. The calendar below helps your family plan and ensure the right shoes are ready for PE activities. Reach out to your child's classroom teacher to find out their classroom's specific color rotation.
