Work together, celebrate growth, focus on learning
A Message From the Principal
Dear Comanche Springs Families,
As we finish out the 23-24 school year, I want to express my deep and sincere appreciation for your support of our school this year. We are honored that you entrusted your children to us and are very proud of what they have accomplished. As a campus we have shown great growth in our early reading scores this year, and expect to see the same when STAAR scores come in this summer. We had many students participate in extracurricular and co-curricular opportunities such as choir, grade level performances, art contests, field trips, field day, UIL competition, Book Battle, Spur Ambassadors, Kindness Club, Math, Reading, and Science Nights, Holidays Around the World, Veterans' Day parade, and more!. We are only able to do these things because of family support!
I would also like to thank each of you for your warm welcome as I took on the role of Comanche Springs principal and for your continued support and encouragement throughout the year. I am sad to be leaving so soon, but I am so excited about the great things that are happening. I have complete faith in the work our new principal, Mrs. Eckert, along with our assistant principal, Destiny Womack, and the rest of the staff will continue to do in the coming years.
I wish each of you and your families only the best. Have a safe and enjoyable summer!
Gina Mayfield
