Audrey Robbins and Tracy Fuller were selected as the BISD Staff Members of the month. These two ladies spend the fall semester cooking food at the high school and then bringing it over to the middle school to serve our students meals. They faced many challenges during this time but always had a smile on their face. We appreciate all the hard work they do each and every day.

Todd Julius was selected as the BISD Teacher of the Month. Mr. Julius serves as a special education teacher at BMS. Mr. Julius has been a great asset to BMS since his arrival this year. His willingness to jump right in and help all of our students at BMS has inspired many of us here at BMS.

Sloane Kelly and Barrett Sykes were the BMS students of the month. They were recognized because of their kind act of using their own money to purchase basketball shoes for one of their fellow teammates. This is what it is all about!

Perfect Attendance Winner

Athletic News

In basketball news,the girls took on Comfort at home with both 7A and 8A coming away with wins. The boys went on the road to Comfort and also came away with an 8th grade sweep and a 7A victory. Great job to all!

School Board Appreciation Month

January is School Board Appreciation Month. We would like to extend a thank you to our BISD School Board and Superintendent Clay Rosenbaum for all the support that allows our students and staff to succeed.

Online Payments

Blanco ISD fans and guests will have a new and more convenient way to buy athletic tickets to events during the 2023–2024 school year thanks to a new partnership with HomeTown Ticketing. The transition to digital ticketing will result in a reliable and simple experience that will allow fans and school staff to more easily and effectively manage all athletic events that require tickets for entry. Tickets for all Blanco ISD athletic events can be purchased through the District’s website or by downloading the HomeTown Fan App. Please see the QR codes in preparation for purchasing your tickets. The HomeTown Fan App will allow you to manage your entire ticketing experience on most iOS or Android mobile devices. The App allows you to purchase and store tickets on your smartphone or other mobile device. Simply search for events by school name, zip code, or event. You can also “favorite” schools to quickly find upcoming events, purchase tickets, and present your digital tickets to be scanned on your way into the event.
