All Official Transcripts have been sent to the Colleges/Universities that you indicated on the Senior Survey.

The Senior Banners have been taken down and delivered to the OHS Office, you may stop in and pick them up. There are some other various items Grad Grams, Sports pictures, OYA certificates.

OHS Office hours are Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

NOSD Families who are enrolling a new student for the 2024-2025 school year may do so by completing the Skyward New Student Registration.

** REGISTRATION **

Current information is very important since our district utilizes family email addresses and phone numbers for communication. Update student and family information: contact phone numbers, email addresses and emergency contacts.

Any health or medication changes contact the District Nurse, Alli Johnson ajohnson@nosd.edu.

If medication will be administered at school please fill out Authorization for Prescription Medication Form. Remember to get a physician signature. It is required before medication can be dispersed.

The Chromebook Policy Handbook is part of the process. You will need to read this handbook and then proceed to the document page for your signature. This identifies that you have read and understood the terms and agreement.

Pay fees: Electronic payments (debit or credit card) will be accepted through E-Funds. Your login information is the family ID or student lunch pin number. If you do not know either of these contact your school secretary.

The district has waived the convenience fee for E-Funds July 1st - July 31st, 2024.

Check payment can also be mailed or dropped off at any school office.

2024-2025 SCHOOL FEES - OMS/OHS $90.00

CHROMEBOOK INSURANCE - $20.00

OUTSTANDING FEES – Any outstanding fees from the past school year(s) will be rolled over into the 2024-25 school year.

SCHOOL PICTURES – OHS, OMS and OES school pictures - along with OHS & OMS student ID photos will be taken on Monday, September 9th.

SCHOOL SUPPLIES - Supply lists are available on the weekly newsletter (SMORE) and our website.

BUSSING – Riteway Bus Services will mail bus route information home late August.

OHS STUDENT PARKING PERMITS - Parking permit information will be emailed to OHS parents. Please note that a student parking permit will not be issued to any student having an outstanding Fee Management balance with the district.

*BASKETBALL RULES

• Individual Shooting (with or without the Machine) Only

• Ozaukee Students and Community Members Only

• NO 1v1, 3v3, etc

• NO Dunking

• If you set up the shooting machine, put it back.

• You must enter and exit (signing in and out) through the Fitness Center

• NO additional individual access to the gyms will be allowed unless coordinated with a coach or club

• Any music played must be kept to a reasonable level and must be school appropriate

• If these rules cannot be followed, access for all will be revoked

We are excited to invite all boys interested in the 2024-2025 High School Warrior Boys Basketball program to join us for our upcoming open gym and contact days. These sessions will be held on the following dates:

July 10, and July 17.

Each session will take place in the high school gym from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

Ozaukee Wrestling Camp

The Department of Workforce Development's Equal Rights Division has developed a new online work permit application tool. The application improves accessibility for minors who live in rural or underserved areas and eliminates the difficult logistics involved in working parents having to take off work to make a trip to a work permit office.

The application is live now. A parent can access the site using these instructions. Payment is made directly to the department through the application, using a credit or debit card or by ACH direct withdrawal. Once the permit application process is complete, the Department mails a paper copy of the permit directly to the employer.

In addition, they have reorganized the employment of minors web pages. The information you may need is linked, including a guide to hazardous and prohibited work, the hours and times of day restrictions for minors, and links to the appropriate statutes and codes.

As of May 20th 2024, Wisconsin Department of Health Services has updated the vaccine requirements for the 2024-2025 school year. For this upcoming school year, incoming 7th graders will now be required to have 1 MenACWY-containing (meningococcal) vaccine and incoming 12th graders will be required to have 1 MenACWY-containing booster (2nd dose in series). Please do your best to have your child up-to-date on ALL vaccines prior to the upcoming school year so they are healthy and ready to learn come September!
