Northtown Art Fair
Anoka-Hennepin's annual Elementary Art Show is happening April 3rd through April 10th at Northtown Mall. Art teachers across the district have selected works for display that can be viewed during mall hours (signs will be up at the mall directing where to see the art). A letter was already sent home with students whose art will be a part of the exhibit, and all are welcome to visit and enjoy the hard work and talent of our students!

From the Desk of our School Social Worker
"Metro by T-Mobile is committed to bridging the digital divide for students in kindergarten through 12th grade across the country, through their Project 10Million initiative. This year, through our partnership with Metro by T-Mobile, and as our National Internet Connectivity sponsor, we are supporting teachers and their classroom by sharing Project 10Million with them. Through the program, qualifying students receive FREE mobile hotspots that provide FREE internet access in the classroom and at home for FIVE years.
The Digital Divide, defined as the gap that exists between those who have reliable internet access and devices and those with very limited access or none at all, impacts 1 in 4 students across the country. This equates to between 15 to 16 million students K-12 who aren’t able to access class during days of e-learning or for homework.
Through Metro by T-Mobile’s Project 10Million, students kindergarten through 12th grade can receive access through the click of a button—it’s that easy—and important."
