As a reminder, Fall Break is next week, and school will be closed from November 25 to November 29. We hope everyone enjoys a safe, relaxing break, and we look forward to seeing you in December!

Basketball tryouts are scheduled for Tuesday, November 19, right after school. Please note that students must have a signed waiver to participate.

We are pleased to announce that the Trimester 1 Awards Ceremonies for grades TK-4th will take place on November 20th. Check in at the front gate at least 15 minutes before your students award time.

• AM Kinder- 8:15 - 8:45 AM
• 1st Grade- 8:55 - 9:25 AM
• 2nd Grade- 9:30 - 10:00 AM
• 3rd Grade- 10:45 - 11:15 AM
• 4th Grade- 1:15 AM - 1:45 PM
• TK/ PM Kinder- 2:00 - 2:30 PM

If your student is receiving an award, you should have received a notification letter in their backpack.

Our PACK is seeking volunteers for our upcoming Holiday Boutique, and we would love your help to make it a special event! The boutique will take place on December 10, 12, and 13, and we’ll be sharing a Sign-Up Genius link soon for those interested in volunteering.

We are committed to ensuring a smooth experience for you in managing your student’s club, tutoring and sport waivers. To help you navigate the PowerSchool Parent Portal and complete these important forms, we have prepared a brief instructional video. Are you looking for a way to volunteer at ASA? Join the PAW Patrol (Parents of Awesome Wolves)! PAW Patrol is an innovative parental involvement initiative aa ASA Thrive that invites mothers, fathers, guardians and/ or significant family members to volunteer at least one day a year. ✍🏻 Waiver Required : If your child was invited to participate, please complete the waiver on the PowerSchool Parent Portal. This is needed for them to participate.

⏰ Dismissal Time: Pick-up is at 4:05 p.m. After two late pick-ups across any club or session, we may have to pause your child’s club participation for the rest of the year.

🌟After-School Competitions: To participate in any after-school competition, students must attend the regular school day.
