SPEECH RESULTS
The following Speech Team participants earned an award at Stillwater on Saturday January 1. They were: Sam Johnson - Creative Expression, in Discussion were Deborah Adewunmi, Emerson Nusz, and Asmaa Hamimoune. Breana Hamann in Drama, Bella Renshaw and Marley Vigoren in Duo, in Extemporaneous Reading were Natalie Jansen, Reesa Venterea, and Laura Braun. In Extemporaneous Speaking were Nick Anderson and Boyana Nikolova. In Humorous were Karina Chattopadhyay and Mohit Bhakta. Reesa Venterea in Original Oratory, and Ilyas Nur for Storytelling.
They also traveled to Chanhassen High School for what is traditionally one of the largest and most challenging tournaments of the year. Vienna Parlin earned 2nd Place in Discussion. Boyanna Nikolova took 3rd Place in Impromptu, Natalie Jansen earned 4th Place in Extemporaneous Reading, and Nick Anderson came in 6th Place for Impromptu (Next-in). Congratulations, Team!

Student Council is looking for parent/guardian volunteers for the upcoming Snowball Dance on Saturday, February 10, from 8 - 11:00 pm at Irondale High School.
