The Westgate Wire

We will follow our typical arrival and dismissal procedures tomorrow. The front Circle Drive will be open for vehicles in the morning and afternoon. If students arrive before 8:55 a.m., they should line up by their grade-level doors. Except for kindergarten and first grade, teachers will not be present outside to meet their students. Students will be allowed to enter the building at 8:55 a.m. If it is raining, students can enter the building from any of the doors below at 8:50 a.m. Staff will be inside to assist them to their classrooms.

Grade Level Doors

• Kindergarten: Door 11 (off of Grove)

• First Grade: Door 12 (front blacktop area)

• Second Grade: Front Door

• Third Grade: Front Door

• Fourth Grade: Front Door

• Fifth Grade: Door 9 (by the back circle drive)

Note, the streets around Westgate can be very congested with students arriving for school. If you plan to walk your child to their assigned door, please allow extra time to find parking.
