2024-25 School Year Registration is Happening Now!
Will your student be returning to PES next year? Online registration is now open for the 24-25 school year. Simply log into your PowerSchool account, select your student and then click on "Forms". Choose the "Enrollment" tab and fill out the 2024-25 forms. That's it! To make things fun, the front office is also treating any class that reaches 50% registered to popsicles. If you have any questions, or need assistance logging into PowerSchool, please give our office a call at 541-535-3353. (If you are planning on relocating next year, we'd like to know that as well to plan for our class placements). Thanks so much for your help!

Rogue Valley Food System Survey
We want to hear from you! The Rogue Valley Food System Network is conducting a survey to understand how our community eats, grows, buys, and sells food, and your input can make a real difference in our community.

What: Kinder Launch is our kindergarten registration event for children turning 5 years old on or before Sept. 1, 2024.

Reminder: Spring Testing Opt Out Information
Spring brings the testing season at our school and that includes our state test called Smarter Balanced Assessment (SBAC). Under the Student Assessment Bill of Rights, the Oregon Department of Education (ODE) and Oregon's school districts must provide families with a "Notice of Statewide Tests and Opt-out Form" 30 days before the start of statewide testing. If you are interested in opting your child out of state testing, follow the links below and turn your forms into the office. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
Testing begins at PES at the beginning of May.

Want to Volunteer or Visit?
All volunteers, whether working in the classroom, on campus or attending a field trip, must complete the background check form found HERE
Completing the form should be done at least 2 weeks prior to volunteering and they are good for 2 years.
All volunteers and visitors must sign in at the office using our Raptor system. Please be sure to bring your ID with you. Do not hesitate to give us a call should you have any questions.
