Weather
As the weather gets colder, please remind your students to dress appropriately and wear coats, hats and gloves as they will be going outside for recess. If you are in need of a coat, please contact us.
We also have lots of sweatshirts and other items in the lost and found. If you are missing something, please take a look in the lost and found near the lobby. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, you can call the office.
Library books
I hope your child is enjoying the wonderful world of books through our school library! To help us keep our library collection in great condition for everyone, we kindly ask for your support in reminding your child about a few important book care tips:
- Handle with Care: Encourage your child to keep books away from food, drinks, and pets.
- Safe Storage: Books should be stored in a safe, dry place to avoid damage. I recommend inside their backpack.
- Return on Time: Please remind your child to return library books by the day their class has library check out. If the book is always placed back into their backpack it will always be with them.
- Lost Books: Be on the look out for books that have a barcode and may be in your home collection. We are still missing some books from the Cyber attack that happened over a year ago. If you have any questions please let me know.
Thank you for helping us maintain our library resources so that all students can continue to enjoy them. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
Happy Reading!
