Backyard Explorers in Pre-K!
This morning, Ms. Daye’s Pre-K class explored a delightful story about things they can find in a backyard. The book featured supporting pictures, a repetitive sentence pattern, and high-frequency words that are perfect for supporting early emergent readers. We are so proud of our Pre-K students as they continue preparing for kindergarten!
A friendly reminder: Pre-K and kindergarten registration is now open! Register early to secure your child’s spot for the upcoming school year and give them a great start to their learning journey!
Exciting Opportunity for Our Fifth Graders!
Applications are now open for students to apply to our district’s Innovative Schools, and the deadline is February 7! Today, Mr. Ortega, principal of STEM Early High School, visited our fifth graders to share information about the amazing opportunities available at STEM.
Exciting Opportunity for Our Fifth Graders!
Attending a STEM school provides students with:
A strong foundation in science, technology, engineering, and math
Hands-on learning experiences that foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Early exposure to college and career pathways in high-demand fields
A collaborative and innovative learning environment.
Exciting Opportunity for Our Fifth Graders!
We highly encourage all of our fifth-grade students to apply! This is a fantastic opportunity to challenge themselves and explore exciting career possibilities.
