Graduation Commencement Preparation meeting - 4/6
時光荏苒，白駒過隙，跟各位合作的愉快時光彷彿還在眼前，轉眼間，這學年竟已接近了尾聲。而春假的到來，意味著畢業典禮近在咫尺，也提醒我們該是成立籌備會的時候了。籌備會目前暫定在四月六日10:10AM 餐廳處。
Time flies by so fast, in the blink of an eye, this school year is coming to an end. The arrival of spring break means that the graduation ceremony is around the corner. It is time for our commencement preparatory meeting. The meeting is currently scheduled for April 6th at 10:10 a.m. in the cafeteria.
以下是註冊時，登記幫忙畢業典禮事宜家長家孩子的名字縮寫，請你們或任何想要熱情參與的家長，於四月六日齊聚一堂，讓我們來為這一整個豐富的學年，畫下一個完美的句點。
For those who has signed up to help setting up commencement during registration, I have listed your kids' initials below. Please come together on April 6th, and let us draw a perfect period for this amazing school year. Any parents who wish to get involved are more than welcome to join!

我們的畢業典禮，除了全校師生的成果展示外，不論是後台、場佈、茶會，均需我們的義工家長們的協助，才能完善。
In order to hold a smooth graduation ceremony, in addition to the performance brought by the teachers and students, it also requires the help of our volunteer parents to assist with the backstage, auditorium setup and reception.
🎭 後台 Backstage
- 義工：至少三位
Volunteers: At least 3 - 任務：保持舞台表演的流暢度。如：安排入場、道具的組裝與搬運、麥克風的交接、頒發物的整理及傳遞、舉題詞大字報、收拾善後等。
- Mission: Keep the stage performance flowing. For example: arranging entrance, assembling and transporting props, handing over microphones, sorting and delivering awards, holding cue cards, cleaning up, etc.
🪑場佈 Auditorium setup
- 義工：至少三位
Volunteers: At least 3
- 任務：設計來賓動線、觀眾席的佈置、節目單、安排攝影事宜、協助後台人員、並確保茶會的義工，能隨時了解禮堂動向、收拾善後等。
Mission: Design the flow of guests, arrange the sitting areas in the auditorium, print out the program list, arrange photography, assist backstage staff if needed, and ensure that reception volunteers can keep eye on the auditorium, cleaning up, etc.
🍱 茶會 Reception
- 義工：至少兩位
Volunteers: At least 2 - 任務：策劃茶會的大小事宜。如：統整募捐餐點的品項及食材、領取訂購餐點、規劃餐點之標示與擺放、收拾善後等。
Mission: Collect the information about potluck meals and ingredients, pickup ordered meals, plan on the layout in cafeteria, set up and label meals, cleaning up, etc.
同時，我們懇請各位家長一起幫忙，豐富我們的茶會品項。不論正餐、配菜、素食、點心、水果、飲料，皆歡迎！致有意者，Potluck表單將於四月六日發佈。
Meanwhile, we kindly ask all parents to help us enrich our reception items. Meals, side dishes, vegetarian meals, snacks, fruits, and drinks are all welcome! For those interested in sharing your cuisine, the Potluck signup form will be released on April 6th.
