Dear Beadle Community and our extended Friends and Family,
We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your extreme generosity to the Food Bank of the Heartland. As you know Beadle Middle School held a Virtual Funds Drive, as well as a Food Drive from Monday, January 27th to Friday January 31st. Students reached out through email and word of mouth to spread the word to their friends and family. They told you about the Food Bank for the Heartland, who they help, and why we want to help them provide meals to children, seniors, families, and veterans. You responded so generously with food and monetary donations. We collected 1516 pounds of food, and raised $16,915.58 dollars through the virtual funds website, as well as $479.26 in cash. The students were stunned by the impact the community made and are proud to have helped promote it. We could not have done it without you. Your generous donations will provide approximately 70,842 meals to families in need. Thank you so much for your empathetic hearts and your resounding support. We genuinely appreciate you.
