Message from Mr. McDermott
Monday the 19th is the final day for senior exams, please review the altered schedule below. Underclass exams will begin on May 22. Also, we are continuing to do make up sessions for state testing. Remember, students must take these exams as a graduation requirement. The Biology, US History, Algebra, and Geometry exams count as 30% of the student's final grade. Please help us ensure all Wildcats have the opportunity to meet these requirements.
Senior Finals Make-Up Day
Any senior missing a district final exam, must attend Tuesday, May 20 to make-up their exams. Remember, these exams count as 10% of the students fourth quarter grade.
Graduation Regalia (Cords & Stoles)
Only the regalia given by the school or pre-approved by administration will be allowed to be worn at the graduation ceremony. If students come with any stoles, cords, or other regalia they will be told to remove it or will not be allowed to participate in the graduation ceremony.
Seniors requesting to wear cords or sashes to graduation that are not provided by Wesley Chapel High School need to use THIS LINK for approval. Principal or the designee’s decision is final.
Failure to comply with the dress policy may result in the student not participating in the ceremony. Security will do a visual search and wand of all graduates and any guests to the University of South Florida Yuengling Center.
Congratulations Baseball!
The WCHS Baseball team made school history by becoming the first team to play for a State Championship. The Wildcats finished the year as State Runner-Ups. We are super proud and looking forward to next season.
