Dear TIMA Families:

In an effort to keep you informed about our current health status, please note the following:

• We are experiencing a significant increase of students in each grade level out for various health related issues

Although we are very strict with our attendance policy related to Truancy, a child presenting with symptoms is approved to remain home. Please do your best to evaluate the health status of your child(ren) prior to sending them to school and ensure you alert us to health issues preventing attendance. Like you, we’d prefer to ere on the side of caution to prevent unnecessary transmission of illnesses.

For any and all of our families and colleagues out sick, please take care and feel better soon!

The Recommitment Form for the 25-26 school year for currently enrolled students are now available. Forms are due back by January 27, 2025 in order to secure your child's seat for 2025-2026 school year. Parents of applying siblings will be asked to submit a copy of your applying child’s birth certificate to the school by Jan. 24, 2025. A copy of your child’s birth certificate is required to verify sibling preference as well as secure your child’s seat.

A reminder that siblings hoping to enroll for the 25-26 school year are required to have an application submitted through Lotterease. That application is available now and can be found here.

*Parents should not submit an application through the online lottery for any currently enrolled students.

Soccer Evaluations are coming soon! Boys and Girls are invited to prepare on Monday, January 27 and Tuesday, January 28 with optional workouts.

Boy's soccer evaluations will be held Thursday, January 30th. Girl's evaluations will be held Monday, February 10th. All above mentioned activities are held immediately after school with pick up at 5:30 at Jaycee Park. During dismissal, Athletes will be called to the front of the main building at 3:40, load their bags into a coach's vehicle, and jog together to Jaycee Park.

It is recommended that players have a change of clothes, sneakers (for the jog), cleats and shin guards for tryouts.

Baseball Tryouts will take place Monday, January 27th and Tuesday, January 28th immediately after school until 5:30 at Jaycee Park. Athletes will need a glove for tryouts. Cleats and a batting helmet are recommended. Those who play basketball should attend on Monday, January 27th.

We need your help in completing the Georgia Parent Survey. The Georgia Parent Survey was developed to measure parent perceptions of school climate at your child’s school. Your opinion is very important to us. Your survey responses are confidential and will be combined with the survey responses of other parents at your child’s school to identify areas in need of improvement. It should only take ten or fifteen minutes to complete the survey. The deadline to complete the survey is Friday March 1, 2024. Thank you for your time and participation.

Lower Bowl Tickets are $35. Upper Bowl Tickets $27. Please purchase the section and row you wish. Specific seats will be assigned to you.
