This is the big week. On Monday we will go and practice our dance at the Jr. High. Then on Tuesday we will perform for Justiss Elementary and for the community and families that night at Paris Jr. High.
Announcements & Reminders
- Tardy Bell is at 7:30 am
- Please send a water bottle to school with your student.
- It is going to be hot over the next few weeks. This means we might not always be able to go outside for recess but we will have indoor recess.

What We Are Doing This Week
Math:
Monday: We will study commutativity to find known facts of 6,7,8,9.
Tuesday: We will apply the distributive and commutative properties to relate multiplication facts
5 X n+n to 6xn and nx6 where n is the size of the unit.
Wednesday: We will multiply and divide with familiar facts using a box to represent the unknown.
Thursday: We will count by units of 6 to multiply and divide using numbers bonds to decompose.
Science:
We will model and describe rapid changes in Earth’s surface such as volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, and landslides.
