Safety Reminders:

Car rider students, at dismissal, may not be picked up on Old Richmond or across the street. Parents must come through the designated car rider line to keep everyone safe.
Car rider students remain in the parent vehicle until 8:20 (when staff are on duty).
Students may not be picked up or dropped off in the teacher parking lot.
Walking students should not arrive on campus before 8:20.

Student ID Badge Update

Dear Parents and Students,

This is a reminder that wearing your student ID is a daily requirement and part of our dress code. All students must wear their ID upon entering the bus/building each day.

I forgot my badge.

If a student forgets their ID, they must obtain a temporary wristband as they enter the building. The following procedures are as follows:

· 8th Graders – Please see Mrs. Corneiro on the stage in the cafeteria.
· 6th & 7th Graders – Please see Mrs. Arguelles at the gym.

Repeated failure to wear your student ID will result in consequences, which may include a detention.

I lost my badge.

If your ID has been lost, please report to the library for a replacement. The cost to print a new badge is $5, and payments can be made online only. Once the fee is charged, an email will e sent to parents with a link to make the payment or you can make the payment directly by using the following link:

· Go to www.fortbendisd.com/Domain/170
· Click on “Family Access”
· Log into Skyward
· Click on “Fee Management” along the left side menu
· Any fees assessed will be listed
· Click on “Make a Payment”
· You will see fee. Click “Add to Cart”
· Checkout by logging into “The Web Store” (Create an account if you have not already done so.)
· Enter method of payment and place order.
· You know your payment was successful when you see, “Your order has been placed.”

Recycling Fundraiser

🗓️October 1, 2024 - December 18, 2024

1. Gather new or used clothing, shoes or toys for donation

2. Label donation with your grade level

3. Deposit donation in the recycling pod

4. GMS PTO will receive 20¢ per pound for donations to go towards students, teachers and campus

5. Grade Level with the most weight in donations wins lunch for their grade level teachers
